- Quantity and the item you have in mind — tumblers, boards, coasters, plates, or tags
- Artwork, if you have it. Vector files (SVG, AI, EPS, PDF) engrave best. A high-resolution PNG usually works. A photo of a business card does not

Lead times
Under 25 pieces usually ships within a week. Larger runs depend on blank availability — we will tell you honestly rather than promise a date we cannot hit. If you need something for a specific event, say so up front and we will tell you whether it is realistic.
Artwork and logos
Logos need cleanup and vectorising before a laser can read them, so bulk orders include one round of artwork preparation and a photographed test piece for your approval before we run the full batch. That approval step exists on bulk work precisely because there is no undoing fifty engraved tumblers.
