Almost everything here is made for you
Your item is engraved with your words after you order it. A tumbler that says someone else's name cannot be resold, so personalised items are not returnable for change of mind. Please read your text carefully before checking out — the preview on the product page shows exactly what will be engraved.
We will always make it right if we got it wrong
Email us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace the item or refund you in full if:
- The engraving does not match what you entered at checkout
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- We sent the wrong item, size, finish, or colour
- The engraving quality is poor — faint, misaligned, or scorched
A photo helps us fix it faster, and we will not ask you to ship a faulty item back before we replace it.
What is not covered
- Typos. We engrave the exact characters you type, including mistakes. The live preview is there so you can check
- Change of mind on a personalised item
- Natural variation. Slate is cleft by hand and wood grain differs piece to piece, so no two are identical. That is the material, not a defect
- Normal wear from years of use
Items with no engraving
Standard returns apply: unused and in original condition within 30 days, and you cover return shipping.
Cancelling
We usually start engraving within a day. Email us as soon as you can — if we have not cut it yet we will cancel and refund in full. Once it is engraved we cannot.
