Made after you order it
We do not hold finished stock. Every piece is engraved for you once your order comes in, which is why the text can say anything you like.
Most orders are engraved and shipped within 3 business days. Larger or bulk orders take longer and we will tell you the date before you commit.
Delivery
Once shipped, standard delivery is typically 3–5 business days within the United States. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is printed.
Add the making time to the delivery time when planning for a birthday or a wedding. If a date is tight, email us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether we can hit it.
Small items
Tags and keychains ship free when added to any other order. On their own, shipping costs nearly as much as the item — bundling one with a tumbler or a board is almost always the better deal.
Wrong address
We ship to the address entered at checkout. If it is wrong, email us immediately — before it ships we can change it, after it ships we cannot. Packages returned as undeliverable can be re-sent once you cover the new postage.
Damage in transit
Slate and acrylic are packed carefully, but couriers are couriers. If something arrives broken, send us a photo of the item and the box and we will replace it. Please keep the packaging until it is sorted.
